10 = eating well, 0 = won't eat
10 = well hydrated, 0 = dehydrated
10 = clean, groomed, 0 = soiled
10 = purring, engaged, 0 = withdrawn
10 = moves freely, 0 = immobile
10 = all good days, 0 = all bad
