MLVSS in wastewater treatment
Mixed Liquor Volatile Suspended Solids (MLVSS) represents the organic or biological portion of the mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) in an activated sludge process. MLVSS is a key indicator of active biomass, typically 70–85% of MLSS.
