How Omni breaks fence cost into parts

The fetched Omni fence cost page estimates four material buckets: posts, rails, pickets, and concrete footing. The total material cost is just the sum of those four subtotals after you determine the required quantities.

Cost equations from the source page

Material cost = Material price x Material quantity

Posts cost = Post price x Number of posts

Pickets cost = Picket price x Number of pickets

Rail cost = Rail price x Number of rails

Concrete cost = Concrete price per volume x Volume of concrete needed

Total material cost = Post cost + Pickets cost + Rail cost + Concrete cost

FAQ example on the Omni page

Omni gives a simple example using 3 posts at 5 dollars each, 4 rails at 2 dollars each, 42 pickets at 1 dollar each, and 0.5 cubic meters of concrete at 10 dollars per cubic meter, for a total of 70 dollars.
