Raisin and grape toxicity in dogs
Grapes and raisins are highly toxic to dogs and can cause acute kidney failure. The toxic dose is unpredictable — some dogs have been poisoned by small amounts while others tolerate more. Any ingestion should be taken seriously. The suspected toxic dose is as low as 3 g/kg body weight for raisins.
⚠️ If your dog has eaten ANY raisins or grapes, contact your vet or poison control immediately.
